Entegra is well positioned to identify and follow-through with new opportunities in sustainable development. In today’s market, it is not enough to design and construct a traditional “plain vanilla” project. Tenants, occupants, and investors alike are looking for unique and versatile projects to integrate with their tastes. Sustainability has become a hallmark of quality, functionality, efficiency, and ethics. Entegra is currently reviewing a number of small to mid-sized real estate transactions with our clients. Our portfolio of projects outlines our expertise into development consulting, and exemplifies the thoughtfulness we put into the design and execution of energy efficient projects of varying sizes. Green Project Management

Our Green Project Management Services cover the necessary components of understanding, applying for, and successfully completing the LEED building certification process. As LEED Project Administrators, we align the project team with the client’s expectations for environmental efficiency. We also handle the necessary evil of generating and validating LEED submittals, online templates, and credit narratives so your design team can stay focused on their core skills. In addition to LEED, we are versed in other building certifications such as Energy Star for Commercial Buildings, Green Globes and the WELL Building Standard. We seek opportunities to maximize a new project’s potential by identifying synergies and overlaps between these rating systems. Together, these systems serve to justify each project team’s diligence, and also provide assurance to our clients that sustainability goals are being achieved, and often surpassed.

LEED Ratings System

BD+C: Building Design + Construction
Applies to buildings that are being newly constructed or going through a major renovation; includes New Construction, Core & Shell, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, Data Centers, Warehouses & Distribution Centers, and Healthcare.

ID+C: Interior Design + Construction
Applies to projects that are a complete interior fit-out; includes Commercial Interiors, Retail and Hospitality.

O+M: Operations + Maintenance
Applies to existing buildings that are undergoing improvement work or little to no construction; includes Existing Buildings, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, Data Centers, and Warehouses & Distribution Centers.

ND: Neighborhood Development
Applies to new land development projects or redevelopment projects containing residential uses, nonresidential uses, or a mix. Projects can be at any stage of the development process, from conceptual planning to construction; includes Plan and Built Project.

Applies to single family homes, low-rise multi-family (one to three stories), or mid-rise multi-family (four to six stories); includes Homes and Multifamily Lowrise and Multifamily Midrise.
